Keeping in line with the previous post, salary calculation went as follows:
Approximately 5B in tax was taken
Base Salary: 30M
Full Kephra bonus: 40M
Half Kephra bonus: 20M
If you were helping to kill Kephra from start to finish, you received 40M. If you were AFK for half of it, you received 20M. If you came in sporadically and were not helping for half, you received 0. I do this to be fair to everyone, if you come only here and there or only when HP is down below 1/4, you don't get this bonus.
100* people x 30M base = 3B.
22* people x 40M full bonus = 880M
10* people x 20M half bonus = 200M

Using this guide, I am approximating that I will use 4.8B in tax take to pay salary and bonus. Anything left over is deposited into our guild fund.
